Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your items so they are protected however once your item is on its way, we cannot guarantee the shipping carriers will respect and love your package. 

If an item arrives damaged, contact the carrier first to submit a claim. Then please contact me with pictures at Orders@RikerDesign.com, I will do my best to fix the situation on my end if possible.
